As you can see, the picture 1 shown the signboard that the visitor used to know where the place that they want to go. This signboard is placed in the middle of Customer Service Centre. The picture 2 shown the sign board direction of stairs. But, what i see, that sign not many placed at the Kuatan Parade The reason why we choose this problem because :

1. Difficult for visitor to see the place of shop because it's placed at the middle
2. It provide problem for the visitor to find the right direction.(Picture 2)
3. The signboard that they use is not interesting and not clear.
4. The design is old and not creative.
5. does not place it at every floor.

This is the example that can solve this problem. The picture show the digital signboard that use by the other countries. The organiser can placed this board at the place that visitor can look and placed at each level.

This is because : 

1. It easier for visitor to use.
2. More modern and can attract the visitor to use it.
3. Not trouble for visitor looking for a place to go.
4. It is fun to use.
5. The direction is clear to find the direction.
