Problem 5 - Low Level of Kidsland

This is kidsland and also the place where visitor want some entertainment which is including playing video games. Mostly, family entertainment centre in other mall is more interesting. The centre commonly organized to acommodate the different level of age like kids and teens .

The weaknesses discovered are :


1) The environment is dark
2) The concept of the entertainment centre is messy
3) The spacing of the video games is too close
4)  The electricity used is not consistent
5)  The technology is low for foreigner
