Problem 9 - The facilities stairs and escalators

The first picture shows long stairs used by visitor in Kuantan Parade. The second picture shows the escalator that commanly in shopping mall right now. In my opinion, these two facilities should be improve according to current IT, because :

1. Less safe and always cause accident (Picture 1)
2. Not attractive because it is simple and not creative.
3. Only used for visitor not including trolley.
4. There is only two escalators.
5. People have no other choice to choose as a way to go at the other level

This show the modern and advanced escalator that i think it is interesting. This is because based what we can see, most mall use the same escalator which is no space for bring the trolley. The second picture shows the that the escalator have the part that the visitor can bring the trolley to the upstairs.

The other alternative facilities is  :

This is the newest escalator with an attractive and unique design.

Besides, the organiser can design or create a fun and attractive stairs. This is a Piano Stairs to attractive more people use it and having fun.
