The picture above shows that the road nearby Kuantan Parade where many visitor park their car and have to across the street. These picture proved that there are not have any traffic light. 

The problem that I can see is:

1. It will cause traffic jam.
2. Dangerous for visitor to go to the Kuantan Parade because they must across the road.
3. It will cause accident.
4. Visitor don't have another alternative way to cross the road
5. Car parking lot is the main factor that cause this problem because the lot located infront of the mall

The Sand Glass is a new look at traffic lights. Surely people must be frustrated with the current design, which is why we have seen THREE DIFFERENT DESIGN recently. Make this the fourth dimension using the sand-hour-glass as its model. LED lights trickle down to make an obvious statement, regarding the time left for the lights to change. Easy and intuitive.
