These two pictures show the passenger lift use by Kuantan Parade. This lift is usually use by visitor. The lift is a symbol of beauty and modernity of the shopping mall. If the lift is used is not beautiful and show the lack of that, customer will feel the shopping mall did not have the attraction that can attract them to go there.

The disadvantage is :

1. Placed outside the mall so easily to fade.
2. Old design
3. Less comfortable
4. Narrow space.
5. Doesn't use touch screen button

The solution :

This is the example of passenger lift that use by the other county. The lift that they use is look more modern and also can attract the other people to go there.

The benefit of those picture is :

1. The design is unique
2. More attractive.
3. More comfortable
4. More stylish.
5. The lift is located in the mall not out the mall.
